Pars Oil and Gas Company (POGE), a subsidiary of National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC), was established in 1998. POGE’s mandate is the development of the South Pars gas field and North Pars gas field respectively.

法爾斯石油天然氣公司， 伊朗國家石油公司的下屬，建立於1998年，其使命是分別開發南法爾斯和北法爾斯天然氣田。

Decisiveness of the Ministry of Petroleum to uphold and exploit the Islamic Republic of Iran rights in the south Pars gas field led onto the establishment of POGC.

石油部支持和開發伊朗共和國法爾斯天然氣田的正確決定導致了POGC 的成立。

POGC utilizing modern management knowledge, tools and techniques as well as experienced seasoned managers, specialists and experts in the execution of oil and gas projects, has thus far taken major steps in the realization of NIOC’s objectives.

POGC在石油和天然氣開發項目中，利用現代化管理知識、工作、技術及經驗豐富的管理人員、技師及專家，在實現NIOC’s的目標中已經邁出了重要的步伐。

Optimum utilization of the abilities and capacities of local and regional resources in the implementation of projects and the maximization the Iranian participation in products, manufacturing and construction in on our projects is another great achievement.

Development and production in various phases of South Pars gas field has increased the Gross National Product and has created a new and considerable perspective in the growth and blossoming of oil and gas industries.

南天然氣田不同階段的開發和生產已經增加了國民生產總之，為石油和天然氣工業的增長極繁榮創造了一個新的、樂觀的前景。

One of the most important –achievements results from the implementation of South Pars development in this region is the diminishment of deprivation and poverty and the creation of industrial, maintenance, services and customs activities a s well as the creation of industrial, maintenance, services and customs activities as well as the creation of oil and gas related industries in the region. Also, infrastructural facilities such as airports, roads, social and health services, expansion of electric powder generation, communication and other utilities have been built in Assaluyeh.

南法爾斯開發的實施在該地區最重大的成就之一就是貧困的減少、降低及工業、維修業、服務業及客戶活動的出現，同樣還包括石油和天然氣相關其他行業的出現。另外，該地區的機場、公路、社會及健康服務、發電產業的擴張，通信及其設施都已開始在Assaluyeh地區建立。

Creating jobs and employment opportunities is another achievement. South Pars development has not only strongly vitalized and impacted Iranian industries oil and gas related industries, but has also directly employed more than 60000 persons.

創造工作和就業機會是另外一大成就。南法爾斯的開發不僅強烈地刺激和影響了伊朗是石油和天然氣及相關產業的發展，還直接為60000多人增加了就業機會。

The biggest industrial center for production energy in the world can be seen in the future perspective of this region which will be the foundation for the socio-economic development of Iran by 2021.

世界上能源生產的最大工業中心在不久的將來將會在該地區出現，將為伊朗地區至2021年社會和經濟的發展奠定基礎。

DEVELOPMENT OF SOUTHPARS GAS FIELD

南法爾斯天然氣田的開發

Phase of South Pars gas field generally includes offshore and onshore facilities. Offshore fixtures and installations include, drilling platforms and submarine pipelines, while onshore facilities consist of gas refines, gas transport pipelines, utilities and infrastructures.

Support the activities of this project, Pars Oil and Gas Company has constructed an international airport, residential areas and townships, gas transport lines, road networks, floodgates, jetties and sea water intakes and desalination plants.

南法爾斯天然氣田通常包括海上和陸上設備。海上設備及安裝包括鑽探平台和海底管道，陸上設備包括天然氣精煉、天然氣運輸管道、使用及基礎設施。

為了支持該項目，法爾斯石油天然氣公司已經建立了一座國際機場、住宅區及鎮區、天然氣運輸管道、公路網、水閘、碼頭及海水入口和脫鹽工廠。
